Angela is a physiotherapist with over four decades of experience, having started her private practice in 1978. Angela is known for her no-nonsense, straight-talking approach—she doesn't sugarcoat anything and gets straight to what works. Having seen countless trends come and go, she now focuses on proven methods that deliver real results - with extensive training in acupuncture, soft tissue releases, and Clinical Pilates.
In particular, Angela loves to help seniors in the Hills District reclaim their confidence and independence.
When not in the clinic she continues to skilfully and creatively use her hands doing pottery, gardening or baking.
Wesley is a physiotherapist driven by a deep passion and dedication to results, being highly versatile in having pursued extensive post-graduate professional development.
He has a special interest in ACL injuries and helping active people frustrated by difficult shoulder pain.
His expertise also
extends to dry needling, Clinical Pilates and athletic strength and
conditioning, allowing him to create tailored treatment plans that address that
root cause of each issue.
When not in the clinic he enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, cooking the perfect steak, playing the guitar and serving at his local church in Willoughby.
Ainsley is our physio assistant (and talented soccer player) who is nearing the end of her studies at ACU. She brings a bubbly personality and ensures every patient feels welcome and valued as soon as they walk through our doors. Interestingly, she was once a patient of Angela’s during her childhood, giving her a unique perspective on the patient experience. She plays a vital role in keeping our physiotherapists organized, lending a helpful hand in treating patients and keeps the clinic running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Meet Rufus and Rusty, our two resident cavoodles. They have a knack for brightening everyone's day with their playful antics and wagging tails. Their warm presence adds a fun touch to the atmosphere, reminding us that sometimes the best medicine can also come with four paws and a wagging tail!
... Just make sure to pat them on the way in.
