Group exercise classes at norwest central physiotherapy

These classes are pilates-based with a big focus on movement control and technique.

We educate on the 'how' and 'why' of stretching, what muscles are being stretched, where they are, what the muscles do and their effect on the body.

There is a 5-week rotation: Abdominals, Posture, Stretch & Relaxation, Upper Body Strengthening and Lower Body Strengthening.

We have members from 7 years old to in their 70's! We modify the exercises to make it easier or more challenging, depending on your needs.

All levels of experience, injury and physical activity history are welcome.

  • At present there are 4 classes per week: 

    • Tuesday 10:00am

    • Wednesday 7:00pm

    • Thursday 5:30pm

    • Saturday 7:45am

  • You can pay per class or purchase a bulk pack (health-fund rebatable*)

    Initial Class: $50 (includes brand new stretch belt for you to keep)
    Subsequent Classes: $30
    10 class pack: $270 (10% discount)
    *Health fund rebates vary depending on level of cover: 25-100% of the fee can be covered. Enquire for a quote.

No need to book, just turn up!

Bring socks, something comfortable to stretch in (that is not too revealing), a stretch mat and a towel.
